In a time when our society has begun to rely more on automated customer service and emails. The customer service was outstanding, we had a small issue with noise AND they went above and beyond. If you're debating about the value in the cost it is well worth the $$. Thank you Donna!! Professional, curteous, and pleasant. I spoke with not one but 3 of the housekeeping staff, just Lovely!!!

It was in a great location and the room was incredibly clean, spacious, and comfortable. We can for a concert and the Fiserv is only a 4 min drive or about a 10 minute walk from the hotel. You are also about a 10-15 min walk from the historic district.

The hotel was absolutely gorgeous!!! Everyone was extremely friendly.

We really liked the big spacious rooms. We also really enjoyed the large bathrooms and shower and robes. We did have to ask for the robes but the front desk man brought them to us right away. Nice modern decor and quiet hotel.

The room was immaculate, the bed was extremely comfortable, staff were very polite and helpful, and the breakfast the following morning was very tasty! We'd happily stay again.
